Grant Thornton is seeking a Solutions Marketing Manager to join the Integrated Campaign team. Approved office locations can be found below. Summary: As the Solutions Marketing Manager, you will drive marketing impact through strategic initiatives aligned with the firms broader objectives. Youll translate data-driven insights into actionable marketing plans, bringing our services and brand to life through orchestrated campaigns that deliver measurable results. From day one, youll work within a collaborative team to connect service offerings with client needs. Responsibilities
Partner with leaders for the three service lines (Advisory, Audit & Tax) to identify and scope solution-specific priorities. Translate solution priorities into marketing plans that align with firm-wide objectives and complement enterprise campaigns. Collaborate across marketing teams (campaign, content, web, etc.) to execute solution marketing plans. Plan, execute, and track marketing performance of solution-aligned initiatives, sales plays, and micro campaigns (including M&A). Plan and oversee execution of solution-specific partnerships and sponsorships to enhance brand presence and generate qualified leads. Coordinate with the Alliances team to activate marketing potential of solution-specific partnerships. Analyze marketing data to understand performance and improve ROI. Work with onshore and offshore events and sponsorships teams to elevate execution standards. Serve as the primary point of contact for marketing matters within the service lines, addressing challenges and opportunities. Maintain and optimize the solution presence and description on external websites. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field; MBA preferred. 5-8 years of marketing experience, including at least 3 years in B2B professional services, preferably accounting & consulting marketing. Thorough understanding of marketing channels and their relevance to strategic goals. Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to create compelling content and presentations. Excellent project management, critical thinking, and organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Highly collaborative and able to work within teams to achieve goals. Demonstrated ability to be a trusted advisor to leadership and stakeholders. Innovative and creative approach to developing work products and solving complex problems. Commitment to learning and adopting best practices across the team. Strong client service skills and ability to interface with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new programs and technologies. Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools. Deep understanding of one or more key industries: Financial Services, Professional Services, Real Estate & Construction, Manufacturing, Energy, Technology, or Healthcare & Life Sciences. The base salary ranges for this position vary by office: Chicago, IL; Downers Grove, IL; Denver, CO; Baltimore, MD: $104,000 $156,000 per year. Washington, DC; Iselin, NJ; New York, NY: $112,300 $168,500 per year. Locations: Firm offices as listed above. About Us
