Overview
A/AI Software & System Architect Sr (DevSecOps) – Lockheed Martin Location: onsite at LM Moorestown (50% to 100% on-site with occasional off-hours work). Eligibility: ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance; ship requirement due to the nature of the work. Responsibilities
Lead the monitoring and maintenance of fielded AI capabilities and develop new capabilities to enhance ML monitoring and continuous update processes for deployed systems. Analyze customer data and assess ML model performance to identify areas for improvement. Develop and update ML models to address evolving operational requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to rapidly iterate and mature solutions. Provide continuous maintenance for deployed products using machine learning operations paradigms. Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience with large dataset management and machine learning. Proficiency in Python and related libraries (e.g., NumPy, Pandas). Knowledge of MLOps pipelines and modern machine learning techniques. Ability to obtain a Secret government security clearance. Experience with radar systems engineering, signal processing, DevSecOps, software, data science, data at scale, AI, and ML. Strong self-motivation, time management, and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a team. Desired Skills
Master\'s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Experience leading long-term software and ML programs. Experience interfacing with databases (SQL, MongoDB, etc.). Experience with ML model training and analysis using open-source frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn, Keras). Experience with Rust, C++, and other compiled languages. Experience with test events or integration activities and coordinating long-term programs across organizations. Skilled in serving as an external spokesperson on significant technical matters related to software, ML, and radar systems. EEO
