Overview

US Finance is comprised of financial professionals who lead all aspects of financial activities, including real estate and development finance; financial planning and analysis; pricing, affordability, and digital strategy; national field finance; field finance; and economic policy for McDonald's USA, LLC. This position offers a unique opportunity to support and gain exposure in the real estate and development area with a focus on reporting, analytics, projections, and annual development of the capital plan for McDonald's U.S. Business. The role provides insight into restaurant growth, reinvestment projects, and other capital initiatives including research and strategic review related to expenditures across the scope of projects. The U.S. capital spend is significant, offering high visibility to Senior Leadership across multiple teams. The Senior Finance Analyst, Capital Management is the data subject matter authority linked to all construction and real estate capital spend and acts as a trusted partner for capital scenario planning and special projects. Responsibilities

Assisting Capital Manager and Director with the development of both the annual Capital Plan and Long Range Capital Planning, including presentations to US Finance executives. Primarily responsible for the appropriate roll up of capital information to provide organized, timely, and accurate reporting and insights to key partners.

Perform various monthly, quarterly, and annual activities such as analyses of actual results, recurring projections including tracking of spending trends and assessment of potential risks and opportunities to meet Capital targets.

Review balance sheet reconciliations, and prepare financial disclosures for the U.S. Standalone Financial Statements.

Support strategic capital modeling through data analytics and stakeholder partnership to anticipate future U.S. Capital needs, provide insights, and influence prioritization of investments.

Enable Capital stability and insights through influencing development processes and system improvements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.

CPA and / or MBA preferred.

3+ years of Finance/Accounting experience or analytical/data intensive environment.

FP&A experience highly preferred.

Experience using Alteryx, Oracle, and / or Hyperion preferred.

Executive-level communication skills and presence - ability to level-up details and identify what is important.

Track record of managing competing priorities, addressing roadblocks, and providing recommendations on a path forward.

Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail for high-value decisions.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to anticipate customer needs while building quality cross-functional relationships.

Demonstrated ability to lead through people and a desire to develop team talent.

Salary Range

Salary Range: $75,700.00 - $94,620.00 Competencies: Execution Proficiency, Background & Values, Strategic Proficiency, Building Blocks, Talent Proficiency Additional Information
