Overview
The Maritime Domain Applications (MDA) Group is seeking a Radar Signal Processing Engineer to develop advanced sensing concepts utilizing adaptive radar signal processing, resource management, and advanced radar algorithm development, as well as executing advanced sensor concept demonstrations.
Responsibilities
Develop system concepts and signal processing algorithms for remote sensing
Work as part of a small, focused team to architect, develop, implement, and test RF signal processing systems
Modeling and Simulation of advanced RF systems, new sensing paradigms, and multi-function RF concepts
Qualifications
Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance; U.S. citizenship required
BS with 7+ years of experience, MS with 5+ years of experience, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related field
Proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python as well as other higher-level languages
Strong mathematical, troubleshooting, written, and verbal communication skills
Even Better
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field
Experience with advanced RF system concepts, multi-dimensional signal processing, waveform design, system optimization, or multi-function phased array apertures
Experience with algorithm optimization for real time systems, especially radar or remote sensing
