Job Summary:
As a Senior WordPress Developer, you will play a vital role in developing and maintaining WordPress-based solutions for our clients. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement high-quality websites and applications. Additionally, you will provide technical expertise, guidance, and support to junior developers as needed.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain WordPress themes, plugins, and custom solutions based on client requirements
Collaborate with design teams to create user-friendly and visually appealing websites and applications
Optimize websites for speed, performance, and scalability
Troubleshoot and resolve any WordPress-related issues
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery within deadlines
Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers
Stay abreast of the latest WordPress trends and best practices to continuously improve development processes
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a strong portfolio of past projects Expertise in WordPress development, including custom theme and plugin development Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP Experience with MySQL and database management Familiarity with Git version control Knowledge of web standards and best practices for SEO and accessibility Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
