The Project Delivery Group . We are seeking a Construction Project Superintendent to join our growing team. You will oversee all field operations and construction activities. Responsibilities

Manage aspects of Contracts to protect the client’s interest and simultaneously maintain good relationships with Contractors and Suppliers. Provide supervision and on-the-job training to onsite staff assigned to the project. Provide oversight of Construction activities including, but not limited to, Framing, Drywall, Concrete Construction, Masonry, Stucco, Roofing, Insulation, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) operations. Establish and maintain effective working relationships of on-site staff and promote positive project morale. Understand General Contract, each Subcontract, contract drawings, specifications and addenda, and assist in developing on-site procedures. Examine contract drawings, specifications, and addenda for design deficiencies, impractical details, and possible code violations; bring these to the Project Manager for review with the Architect. Plan and review the Construction Program, including quality control procedures, safety and security practices, site layout, temporary utilities, staging areas, equipment, and manpower. Coordinate, direct, monitor, and inspect the activities of Contractors, Subcontractors, and Suppliers' labor and materials with the Assistant Superintendent(s) and technical coordinators as required. Verify that each Contractor, Subcontractor, or Trade Contractor has completed contractual requirements (e.g., Certificate of Insurance, fully executed Subcontract, Schedule of Values, Safety Program) before starting work. Ensure sufficient supply of materials and incidentals; obtain and maintain required permits and safety notices. Coordinate with inspection agencies and implement remedial actions as indicated in reports. Chair coordination and safety meetings with subcontractors and issue minutes; conduct daily toolbox meetings and weekly coordination meetings. Receive and review Contractors’ and Subcontractors’ Daily Reports; create Project Daily Reports detailing work, manpower, delays, safety concerns, etc. Review and approve weekly as-built prints and ensure they remain up to date. Review and approve monthly payment requests, time and material vouchers, and invoices from Contractors and Subcontractors. Maintain good relations and communications with all project stakeholders, including the public; maintain a safe and clean job site and train workers in safety practices. Professionally represent the client and employer at all times. Provide leadership for on-site field administration, supervision, and technical management for specific construction operations; supervise assistants, foremen, subcontractors, and other personnel to plan, coordinate, and execute work on time and within budget while maintaining safety. Manage multiple projects across various locations; assist in development of project schedules and communicate sequence and schedule updates to selected subcontractors and vendors. Develop and maintain 3-week look-ahead schedules; ensure inspections are scheduled and passed. Implement, maintain, and enforce a site-specific safety program in accordance with policies, processes, and local laws, including all subcontractors. Lead site meetings for coordination with contractors, subcontractors, staff, and progress updates. Assist with the development of a site-specific Quality Assurance program and ensure quality workmanship across Contractors and Subcontractors. Perform and monitor site control reporting measures, including daily reports, payroll, quantity reporting, incident reports, and timesheets. Maintain knowledge of all project plans, specifications, contracts, subcontracts, purchase orders, shop drawings, submittals, and other project documents; review purchase orders and subcontracts as needed. Provide a qualitative review of select contract documents to mitigate risk and resolve conflicts; ensure timely project completion through scheduling, expediting, and management of submittals/approvals. Ensure all insurance, safety, labor relations, and Equal Employment Opportunity requirements are met. Plan and coordinate daily construction activities; provide scheduling input to master schedule and support monthly schedule updates and payment applications. Proactively identify and solve problems to minimize risk; monitor completion of punch list items and coordinate inspections. Understand local labor requirements and capability for self-perform work; provide technical assistance to project team; lead internal teams focused on continuous improvement. Promote growth and development of client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships; demonstrate mastery in managing site activity, labor relations, safety, schedules, and leadership. Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience performing large-scale Commercial projects. Ability to read and interpret Construction Drawings. Strong organizational and leadership skills. Company Description
