The Worldwide Amazon Stores organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support our VP of Stores Ads Monetization in Seattle, Washington. The Stores Ads Monetization team is a cross-functional team focused on accelerating monetization across the Amazon store, partnering closely with Ads and other organizations to drive customer value and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, builds strong mechanisms, and works effectively with VP and Director level stakeholders. The Executive Assistant will partner closely with the VP and contribute to operational rigor, strategic planning support, and EA community initiatives across the broader Shopping organization. This Executive Assistant will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives. Role responsibilities include managing multiple complex calendars, planning and organizing events of all sizes, and coordinating domestic and international travel. This candidate will help build a positive team environment and establish working relationships inside and outside of the group. Responsibilities

5 days/week in-office requirements Manage complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple locations Manage domestic and international travel Manage expense report coordination and submission Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events) Ensure the timely completion of critical tasks and follow up on open actions Work closely with the leadership team, program managers, recruiting, and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization Help to develop & maintain new mechanisms within the team Basic Qualifications

5+ years of senior level leadership support, or 3+ years of Amazon experience High school or equivalent diploma Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications Preferred Qualifications

The base pay for this position ranges from $66,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $142,800/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
