You will have a direct impact on the lives of clients, working as a fiduciary within a dedicated Schwab Wealth Advisory team to deliver an exceptional client experience. SWA’s advice philosophy will empower you to use a vast array of products (stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, option trading), setting you up for success to help clients manage complex portfolios and achieve their goals. You’ll grow within an experienced, collaborative team, while deepening relationships with various partners, including industry leading advisors. Schwab emphasizes in-office collaboration, and the selected candidate is expected to work on-site in the specified location. Responsibilities
Act as a fiduciary in delivering wealth advisory services within Schwab Wealth Advisory, providing a high level of client service and ongoing advice. Develop and manage client relationships and financial plans, tailoring portfolios to client goals. Use Schwab’s wide range of products (stocks, bonds, ETFs, mutual funds, separately managed accounts, option trading) to manage complex portfolios. Collaborate with a team of advisors and partners to deliver an exceptional client experience. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree Active FINRA Series 7 license Active FINRA Series 66 license Three or more years advisory experience, including creating and customizing financial plans and portfolios for clients Five or more years in the financial services industry working directly with clients Preferred Qualifications
CFP or CFA Superior relationship management and client retention experience Polished interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, attention to detail Benefits
