Overview
We are seeking a Mid to Senior Financial Analyst to provide Business and Financial Management Support to PMS 525 International Small Combatants. Responsibilities
Prepare, stage and track financial/funding documents in Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Pull and analyze financial reports from MISIL and Navy ERP to support FMS case execution. Monitor obligation and expenditure data to achieve obligations and expenditure goals. Compare financial data to financial spending plans and reconcile discrepancies for monthly financial status reviews. Prepare execution data reports for regularly scheduled execution reviews. Manage, coordinate and track Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) 7300 forms and Obligation Phasing Plans (OPP) submitted by Participating Acquisition Resource Managers (PARM). Ensure data submitted in 7300s, OPPs and Task Planning Sheets matches phasing and spending plans and meets program funding level objectives. Develop presentations with narrative and statistical analysis of current funding, projected spending, and budget limitations; ability to explain discrepancies and identify potential solutions. Skills Required
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience 5-10 years of experience in DoD / United States Navy financial management Experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain such clearance Preferred: Experience supporting Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Experience with a NAVSEA Program Office. Experience with NAVSEA Ship Construction. Experience with NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) Experience Task Planning Sheets (TPSs) Experience with Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) Experience using: Defense Security Assistance Management System (DSAMS) Security Cooperation Information Portal (SCIP) Defense Integrated Financial System (DIFS) Management Information System for International Logistics (MISIL) Education
