Job Summary
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist / Performance Marketer with a proven track record of scaling digital campaigns and lowering cost per lead (CPL). This role is hands-on—you’ll be in the platforms daily, managing budgets, optimizing campaigns, and identifying growth opportunities across multiple digital channels. The ideal candidate is data-driven, results-oriented, and thrives on creating measurable impact. You will play a critical role in fueling our sales pipeline by delivering high-quality, cost-effective leads. Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram, YouTube, and others). Continuously monitor and adjust campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CPL. Manage budgets, bid strategies, and audience targeting to achieve performance goals. A / B test creative, landing pages, and ad copy to improve conversion rates. Collaborate with sales and leadership teams to align campaigns with company growth objectives. Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights. Stay ahead of digital marketing trends, tools, and platform updates to maintain a competitive edge. Oversee marketing funnels to ensure smooth lead flow and quality. Qualifications
5+ years of hands-on experience in digital ad buying and campaign management. Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns and lower CPL in competitive industries. Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and other major digital ad platforms. Strong analytical skills with experience in tracking and reporting campaign performance. Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Preferred
Experience in home improvement, construction, or service-based industries. Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems. Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications. What We Offer
