JOB SUMMARY The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing executive level administrative assistance and dispatches service calls to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction. JOB DUTIES

Maintains customer database, ensuring complete, accurate, and updated entry of information.

Gathers required information from multiple sources and assembles daily reports in Excel and other databases.

Notifies clients ahead of time without fail if the Technician is not going to arrive at their home within the scheduled time window

Re-schedules appointment times at clients convenience as necessary

Manages the dispatch board to keep field personnel on the move, servicing clients, and generating revenue

Maintains calendars and schedules appointments. Completes executive expense reports, as necessary. Prepares mailings as directed.

Answers incoming client telephone calls and recognizes that this is where the client will form their first impression of the company

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or equivalent required

Must have good computer software skills

Prior customer service experience

Above-average verbal and telephone communication skills are essential.

Must live in the Bluffton SC. area.

ServiceTitan experience a PLUS

Suggested/ Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Must have outstanding MS Office skills including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Experience with Service Titan CRM a plus Must have ability to interact and communicate professionally with individuals. Must have strong, proven multi-tasking, prioritization skills. Must be meticulous and have excellent proofreading skills. Must present a neat, professional appearance. Must have advanced administrative/secretarial training/education or equivalent experience. Strong skills and training / prior experience with Microsoft Office software
