Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Hourly Rate: $30-$32 per hour

Paid Time Off: 48 hours (increases to 168 hours with tenure)

Paid Holidays: 7 per year (New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Day after Thanksgiving, and Christmas)

401(k) Match: 5% employer match

Your Role

As a

Traveling Facility Maintenance Technician

(Mobile General Skilled Technician), you’ll maintain and enhance commercial properties, ensuring they operate seamlessly. From troubleshooting to preventive maintenance, you’ll deliver high-quality repairs and exceptional service, working independently from a state-of-the-art service vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform general repairs and small projects (carpentry, painting, minor plumbing).

Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with appliances, walls, windows, doors, and more.

Conduct inspections and maintenance to prevent costly disruptions.

Assist with minor HVAC and plumbing tasks alongside specialized technicians.

Engage with clients to confirm needs and ensure satisfaction.

Adhere to safety standards and building regulations.

What We’re Looking For

Skills & Qualifications:

Proficiency with power tools, ladders, and equipment.

Ability to provide accurate repair estimates and read blueprints or diagrams.

Strong commitment to safety and best practices.

Comfort with mobile technology (cellphones, tablets) for work orders.

Excellent customer service, with a professional and approachable demeanor.

Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Budget management experience.

Experience:

Demonstrated facility maintenance skills in light electrical work, carpentry, plumbing, mechanical repairs, and commercial HVAC across various commercial and institutional settings.

Education:

High school diploma or GED required.

Trade school training in building-related fields .

Relevant certifications are a plus.
