What You Will Do: Lead the architectural design for new CRM capabilities, translating ambitious business goals into robust platform solutions. Ensure seamless integration and data flow across our CRM, Web, and other GTM platforms. Document and oversee the technical design and requirements for CRM projects, guiding them through the delivery lifecycle. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and sound integration of solutions. Core Qualifications: 5-7+ years of experience in a technical marketing role within large-scale enterprise environments. 3-5+ years of hands-on experience optimizing solutions on the Braze platform, with deep knowledge of Canvas, segmentation, and personalization. Expertise in integrating Braze with other systems through its REST APIs and SDKs. Strong understanding of data architecture and identity resolution in a marketing context. Preferred Qualifications: Braze Certified Technical Architect certification. Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud and experience with data warehouses and visualization tools. In this role, you'll think strategically about systems, creating elegant solutions focused on long-term platform health. Excellent communication skills will enable you to navigate complex discussions and ensure clear understanding among technical and non-technical stakeholders.
