In this role, you will be the chief architect of state and local government relations strategies, closely aligned with our overall advocacy goals. You will have the opportunity to shape and influence legislative and regulatory programs, creating fiscal opportunities to advocate for the rights and well-being of unaccompanied and separated children. The successful candidate will possess a JD and at least 10 years of senior-level advocacy and leadership experience, with a robust background in immigration law and related policies. Key responsibilities include external representation, building relationships, and leading a dedicated team. We're looking for someone who has a track record of bipartisan collaboration, coalition management, and strategic relationship-building with diverse stakeholders. Your passion for supporting unaccompanied immigrant and separated children will be critical, as will your ability to effectively convey this mission.
