Receiving Clerk - Material Coordinator
Pay: $20.00 - $20.50 / hour
Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable
Material Coordinator
to join our team. This role is responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering materials to support production needs, while ensuring accuracy, organization, and safe handling practices.
Job Duties:
Receive incoming supplies and materials; verify items against packing lists and purchase orders Inspect deliveries for damage or defects and notify appropriate personnel when needed Organize and maintain stockrooms for efficient storage and access Distribute materials to production and other departments as needed Perform inventory counts and maintain accurate material records Input daily material transactions into the system Box jumbo rolls from the coater and prepare roll orders for shipment Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment Assist with recycling and waste pick-up coordination Support physical inventory activities and reporting Requirements:
Previous material handling or warehouse experience preferred Ability to operate forklifts (certification or willingness to complete training) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic math and problem-solving abilities Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbal and written Team-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once Willingness to complete required training (forklift, safety, ISO 9001) Physical Requirements:
Medium physical work; ability to lift, move, and carry materials as needed Frequent use of forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks Vision abilities including depth perception, color recognition, and distance clarity Occasional use of office equipment such as computers, copiers, and calculators Work Environment:
Moderate to occasionally noisy conditions Exposure to low-dust environments Some outdoor work may be required when unloading trucks
