Key Responsibilities: Perform echocardiogram procedures as per established protocols and guidelines Prepare and position patients for echocardiographic examinations Set up and operate echocardiographic equipment Capture high-quality images of the heart chambers, valves, and blood vessels using ultrasound techniques Record and analyze data, and prepare comprehensive reports for physicians Ensure proper maintenance and calibration of equipment Assist physicians during transesophageal echocardiography procedures when required Communicate and interact professionally with patients to address concerns and provide guidance throughout the procedure Maintain accurate and organized patient records Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies in echocardiography Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated patient care Requirements: RDCS Certification (required) BLS Certification (required) At least 2 years of experience as an Echo Technician in a clinical or hospital setting Why Johnson City, NY?
