Join our team as a Customer Service Specialist, an integral role that supports the success of our retail operations. In this position, you will work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer their inquiries about Sherwin-Williams products, and recommend the perfect solutions. Your main focus will be on resolving customer concerns promptly and ensuring their absolute satisfaction, all while maintaining up-to-date knowledge on our product features and visual standards.
This is a full-time position with a competitive starting pay of $17.85.
