This senior leader will have full operational and financial ownership of the business unit, with a focus on market leadership, operational discipline, and excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of market performance, including clinical outcomes, patient satisfaction, teammate engagement and retention, financial results, and client experience and retention. Key responsibilities include leading a large team, driving a culture of operational discipline, and continuous improvement, and fostering a positive work environment. The role also involves serving as a senior executive point of contact for client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and leading commercial growth initiatives. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' senior leadership experience in healthcare operations, multisite services, or a comparable industry, with a proven track record of full P&L responsibility.
