In this pivotal role, you will drive our growth strategy by spearheading strategic and business development initiatives while contributing to our strategic and operational planning processes. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive market and competitive research, identifying potential strategic partners, and collaborating with M&A teams to assess investment and acquisition opportunities. You will take the lead in executing strategic partnerships with various third parties while working closely with the department head to finalize contractual agreements. The ideal candidate for this position will possess a robust track record in supporting M&A transactions, extensive experience in financial modeling, and a strong foundation in the wealth management servicing industry. We are looking for a candidate who can deliver results across complex, multi-functional projects, with a customer-oriented approach and the ability to effectively partner with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. A minimum of an undergraduate degree is required, although a graduate degree or MBA is preferred. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, particularly within the financial services industry. We highly value top-tier investment banking, business development, or corporate development experience, especially with a focus on financial services or FinTech. This role requires a strong delivery-focused mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to think both tactically and strategically.
