Your engagement with customers involves interaction that may include minors, and you will have access to cash, payment methods, electronic equipment, personal information, and store merchandise. Build strong trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers. Process sales transactions accurately per company policies. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain precise work order files and formulas. Pull appropriate products from the sales floor. Tint and mix products to customer specifications. Stock shelves and create product displays. Clean store equipment and maintain a tidy workspace. Load/unload delivery trucks and assist with deliveries as necessary. Ensure assigned areas are in-stock and visually appealing. Remain knowledgeable about product offerings. Comply with inventory control procedures. Suggest improvements to sales processes. Minimum Requirements: Must be at least eighteen (18) years old. Must be legally authorized to work in the location without needing sponsorship. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Must be willing to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. If internal to Sherwin-Williams, a performance rating of at least meets expectations (3) is required. If internal, completion of all required HR eLearning courses is necessary. Preferred Qualifications: Valid, unrestricted driver's license. High School diploma or GED. At least one (1) year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Previous experience selling paint and related products. Experience operating tinting and mixing equipment. Ability to communicate in more than one language, particularly Spanish.
