Richards Heating and Air Conditioning
is seeking an experienced
Residential HVAC Service Technician
for their
Falls Church, VA
location. The ideal candidate will already have HVAC work experience and be able to perform repair/maintenance work in a thorough and accurate manner.
*Up to $2,000 sign on bonus available for experienced Technicians

Responsibilities:
Services all equipment according to an established service schedule, and company standards and within acceptable time frames as well as troubleshoot and rectify potential problems on location.
Interact with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and understand and address their HVAC concerns.
Documents legibly and accurately all work completed according to company policy and submits on a daily basis.
Builds and maintains customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
Follows all safety procedures, including following all safe driving habits and not utilizing mobile devices in vehicles.
Applies knowledge of products and seeks additional training/education as appropriate.
Job Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
EPA – Universal Certification
Valid driver’s license / clean driving record
OSHA 10-hour Construction Course
Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
3-5 years of HVAC Experience

The starting hourly base wage for this position is $40-$45. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position. If offered a position, your total compensation package will be determined by experience, location, skills, and/or education which may result in a total compensation package that falls outside of the provided range.
