This crucial role requires an individual with a strong background in fast-paced environments, especially within the biotech or life sciences sectors, and experience in public company operations and product launches. The successful candidate will develop and implement a comprehensive investor relations strategy, acting as a trusted advisor to the executive team and serving as the primary contact for analysts, shareholders, and the broader investment community. Key responsibilities include: Leading the investor relations function and driving engagement strategies. Creating and refining investor materials that communicate our vision and strategy effectively. Monitoring market dynamics to proactively shape messaging and outreach efforts. Supporting equity financing activities and managing investor due diligence processes as needed. Applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or graduate degree preferred. A minimum of 10 years’ experience in investor relations, corporate strategy, or finance within the biotech or life sciences industry is essential. A solid understanding of equity markets, investor priorities, and the factors influencing biotech valuation is required.
