Shift 2/2:00:00 PM to 10:30:00 PM Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $15.64 - $18.75 / hour SummaryJOB SUMMARY:The sanitation specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring the cleanliness and hygiene of the food production facility. They execute and adhere to sanitation protocols for cleaning food processing areas. Perform cleaning and sanitizing tasks for equipment, machinery, floors, walls, and other surfaces using approved cleaning agents. Disassemble and reassemble machinery and equipment as needed for cleaning to ensure a thorough sanitation process. Perform lockout/tagout as required. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required. Maintain records as required. Perform duties in compliance with food safety regulations, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), and other industry standards.
