Join Our Team as an Industrial Maintenance Mechanic!
Are you skilled in mechanical equipment and maintenance processes? We have an exciting opportunity for you at our Plywood and Veneer manufacturing facility in Emerson, Arkansas. We are looking for a dedicated Industrial Millwright who is ready to take on a critical role in ensuring our high-tech manufacturing equipment runs smoothly and safely.
What We Offer:
Competitive pay ranging from $22 to $36 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot and repair industrial mechanical systems safely and efficiently.
Perform regular preventative maintenance to ensure optimum equipment performance.
Collaborate with the maintenance team to achieve overall goals and objectives.
Conduct basic troubleshooting of hydraulic, pneumatic, and drivetrain systems.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Stable employment history is essential.
At least 2 years of experience in Industrial Millwright work in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Strong commitment to safely observing all rules and regulations.
Solid understanding of industrial maintenance issues and best practices.
A dependable team player dedicated to quality work.
Ability to pass a pre-employment examination.
A resume detailing your education and work experience must be attached for consideration.
Will wear all personal protective equipment as required.
Capable of working in a manufacturing environment, including climbing stairs and catwalks, and adapting to extreme temperatures.
Preferred Qualifications:
Vocational or technical school certification in a related field.
Experience with SAP, Maximo, or other Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
