Immediate Hiring Need for a Commercial HVAC Technician
We are seeking a skilled Commercial HVAC Technician to join our team.
As a Commercial HVAC Technician, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining, repairing, and installing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial buildings. Commercial HVAC Technicians will be responsible for diagnosing and fixing problems within HVAC systems, such as boilers, air conditioning, ventilation, and heating.
Responsibilities
Assess HVAC systems and components (such as air conditioning units, exhaust fans, and ventilation units) to determine their condition, identify necessary repairs, and recommend preventive maintenance.
Install new heating, cooling, and ventilation systems in commercial buildings.
Troubleshoot and fix malfunctions in various HVAC equipment.
Ensure that HVAC systems adhere to laws, regulations, and standards.
Check electrical wiring, thermostats, and distribution systems for any issues.
Respond promptly and efficiently to emergency repair requests.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Keep detailed logs and records of maintenance functions.
Offer technical guidance and on-the-job training.
Qualifications
Proven experience as HVAC technician
Demonstrated ability to handle and use tools commonly used in the HVAC trade
Experience with diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
Current license in trade (HVAC) is a plus
Ability to work in diverse environments and adverse conditions
Knowledge of HVAC codes and proper application; knowledge of proper electrical and HVAC safety
Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration and heating
