We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Workplace Interior Designer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to shape their workplace strategies and translate these ideas into remarkable design concepts. Your creativity and technical skills will play a crucial role in developing comprehensive project plans and construction documents for interior spaces.
As a key member of our design team, you will curate selections for furniture, materials, and finishes, ensuring every element is thoughtfully integrated into the overall design vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage in programming activities with clients and account managers to assess their office furniture needs.
Create detailed 2D and 3D design drawings using AutoCAD, 20/20 CAP Studio, and SketchUp software.
Conduct thorough research on products and systems that best achieve design objectives.
Recommend office furniture and finishes that align with client preferences, functionality, and budget.
Prepare compelling proposal materials, including PowerPoint presentations and Excel budgets, to effectively communicate office furniture solutions.
Provide necessary pricing and budget details for quotes.
Generate purchase orders (POs) for materials and products efficiently.
Assist in the creation of installation support documents and specifications to maintain design integrity during implementation.
Requirements:
Comprehensive knowledge of CET software.
Strong understanding of commercial interiors and office furniture.
Familiarity with Healthcare products is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
