Vaco Phoenix is currently assisting a local client in their search for a Product/Quality Inspector in their Mesa AZ office! The Product/Quality Inspector will ensure products meet high quality standards during processing and packaging. This is a fully onsite, 6-month contract, paying up to $24 per hour.
Responsibilities include: Conduct visual inspections of products throughout various stages of processing and packaging Verify packaging and labeling for correctness and overall integrity. Confirm that all products meet established quality standards prior to approval for use or shipment. Support the inspection of returned products, focusing on packaging and labeling concerns. Carry out packaging tasks for products that have successfully passed inspection. Accurately document inspection results and note any identified issues. Assist in maintaining well-organized records to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance. Gain experience in preparing basic reports based on inspection outcomes. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual's skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
