Industry Banking Type Privately Held About the Role We are looking for a dynamic Vice President of Operations and Vendor Risk Management to enhance our operational processes within the Payments & Fintech Partnerships division. In this influential role, you will oversee vendor and program manager due diligence, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies. You will collaborate closely with AML and PFP Compliance teams, champion continuous process enhancements, and lead the Operations team effectively. Your responsibilities will also include mentoring team members and forging robust relationships with internal stakeholders across various functions. Ideal candidates will have: A minimum of 5 years of operations and due diligence experience in a Sponsor Bank. Expertise in acquiring, issuing, third-party payment processing, and fintech. Extensive knowledge in Anti-Money Laundering (AML) compliance. Recent exposure to card issuing, acquiring, and fintech partnerships, which is highly regarded. You should possess a proven leadership track record, the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are essential for thriving at the intersection of business operations, product development, compliance, and technology.
