Shift: 3rd Shift Sunday - Thursday 10:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Pay: $25.25 – $35.05 /hr. DOE

Shift Premium: $5.00/hr.

Position Responsibilities:

Monitor a diverse array of production systems and equipment to identify any issues.

Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.

Complete routine preventative maintenance thoroughly and on time.

Diagnose and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical equipment issues.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues.

Troubleshoot and/or program PLC’s when needed.

Understand and follow all Safety procedures such as lockout-tagout and wearing proper PPE.

Understand and practice Quality System requirements and documentation (i.e., applicable inspection, verification, and disposition procedures, and/or instructions and forms required as part of the process).

Must be willing to work overtime as needed.

Essential Skills and Experience:

Associate technical degree or vocational training in industrial field or similar, and 5 years of manufacturing experience is

OR a minimum of 7 years combined training and experience

Strong mechanical aptitude and experience working on gears, gearboxes, chains, bearings etc.

Ability to read electrical schematics and efficiently use a multi meter

Understanding of electrical systems such as 480-volt and 24-volt circuits

Solid experience with fluid pumps and AC/DC motors

Understanding of pneumatic systems such as solenoids, cylinders, and diaphragm pumps

Experience with PLC’s – Troubleshooting ladder logic, making edits, and performing some programming

Ability to understand and follow directions as given

Displays initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision
