Job Overview:
In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a clean and safe environment for food production. You will work on the PM/night shift, with flexibility required for varied start times, including weekends. Key Responsibilities: Disassemble and assemble production equipment, employing COP and CIP systems for thorough cleaning. Verify and document the proper cleaning and configuration of machinery. Drive material handling equipment and manage chemical concentrations in CIP systems. Maintain detailed records of cleaning processes and chemical usage. Conduct inventory checks of sanitation supplies. Utilize bioluminescence technology to validate cleaning effectiveness. Strictly follow the plant Master Cleaning Schedule. Assist in training new team members in sanitation protocols. Maintain a safe and orderly workspace in compliance with GMP and Safety standards. Engage with Rich's SCADA system and complete relevant paperwork. Participate in training opportunities across various plant functions. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. One year of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment, with preferred experience in sanitation. Strong communication skills and the ability to train others. Proficiency in using Rich's SCADA system. Awareness of safety, GMP, and food safety guidelines. Ability to contribute to team goals and production improvement initiatives. Physical Requirements: Must routinely lift up to 25 lbs and occasionally lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand for extended periods and engage in repetitive tasks. Must be comfortable working in various temperature environments. Compensation:
The hourly rate for this role is $23.73. Compensation may vary based on experience, skillset, and shift differentials.
