Position Summary: Lead all employees in the Inspection department. May plan work schedules, train and support inspection employees, provide input to Supervisor/Manager related to team performance and quality metrics, sustain 6S standards and communicate to off-shift personnel.

As a working Lead, continue to perform inspection tasks, including First Article, In-Process, and Final Inspection . Provide input on how to improve or create new inspection processes and have the ability to

program Coordinate Measuring Machines/Scanners (CMM).

The successful candidate will have experience performing inspections in a machine shop environment and have proficient knowledge of GD&T. In addition, they will demonstrate the ability to review and critique AS9102 reports and support audit efforts. Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain employee performance and good housekeeping practices. Analyze the workload and prioritize tasks to support business needs Perform inspection tasks needed. Provide instruction and training in all inspection methods. Communicate with supervisors or managers on team performance Maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with all safety rules. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by behaving and communicating in a professional manner.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $25.00 to $45.00 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company's Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company's bonus multiple, based on the Company's performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays.
