This role involves applying analytic techniques to evaluate program objectives, analyzing requirements, status, budgets, and schedules. Responsibilities include performing management, technical, and business case analyses, collecting and interpreting data related to aircraft/weapon/program acquisition, tracking program status, and applying government processes for documentation and data management. Additional duties include supporting foreign military sales (FMS), international cooperative programs, export compliance, and managing data release to foreign nationals, including developing and reviewing documentation in accordance with U.S. Government policies. The position is contingent upon contract award. Requirements Education BA/BS in a relevant technical field, or an Associates Degree plus additional experience, or four years of relevant work experience.

Experience

3 to 10 years of relevant experience. Preferred experience with security cooperation programs, international policy, foreign disclosure review, export compliance, and international agreement management. Skills in process management, training, and leadership reporting are also desired.

Security Clearance

Active TS//SCI clearance with current background investigation is preferred; at minimum, active Top-Secret clearance is required.
