Multi-Crafted Maintenance Technician Location:
Near Gainesville, GA Type:
Temporary-to-Permanent Schedule:
Monday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM (4x10-hour shifts, paid lunches, overtime as needed on Friday or Saturday)
Our client is seeking an experienced
Multi-Crafted Maintenance Technician
to join their team. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with a strong background in maintaining and troubleshooting production equipment, as well as making minor modifications to RSLogix 500 and Studio 5000 software.
Key Responsibilities
Perform plant-wide maintenance on production equipment.
Rebuild, modify, and optimize equipment to improve efficiency and output.
Troubleshoot and make minor repairs/modifications to RSLogix 500 and Studio 5000 programs.
Work with electrical systems from low voltage to 480V three-phase, including AC/DC motors, drives, controllers, and starters.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years’ experience working on production equipment.
Proficiency with RSLogix 500 and Studio 5000 troubleshooting/modifications.
Strong electrical skills, including 480V three-phase systems.
Hands-on experience with AC/DC motors, drives, controllers, and starters.
Skilled in mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic troubleshooting.
CNC and die casting experience .
Welding, fabrication, and hydraulic cylinder repair experience is a plus.
Willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays based on production needs.
Additional Requirements
Must pass pre-employment drug screening and criminal background check.
