Reliability: Consistent attendance and commitment to the team. Willingness to learn: A proactive approach to gaining new skills. Experience: Previous machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to work 12-hour shifts. In this vibrant, fast-paced environment, you'll never be bored. You'll take pride in seeing your work on the shelves of retail stores and restaurants nationwide! Shift Schedule: 12-hour Shift | 7pm - 7am | Sun-Sat 2-2-3 Rotation Primary Responsibilities: Accurately laying out jobs, mounting plates, and ensuring proper eye mark placement. Reading and anticipating press changeover timing from the schedule. Identifying job mounting priorities based on the schedule. Cleaning and maintaining plate cylinders and inventory. Cleaning and demounting plates, inspecting plate conditions, and refiling jackets promptly after job completion. Remounting plates and adjusting eye mark locations as required.
