Job DescriptionSelectek is looking for a Warehouse assembly associate in Canton to be a the assembly, picking, packing, and quality control. Assemble equipment according to work instructions, safety protocols, and quality standards. Use hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Perform routine inspections of equipment components prior to and after assembly. Accurately pick equipment parts and components from inventory for staging and shipping. Package completed products to meet shipping specifications and project requirements. Label, wrap, and stage outbound equipment orders in coordination with shipping schedules. Conduct visual and functional inspections to ensure all equipment meets quality benchmarks. Document any nonconformities and communicate issues to the Warehouse Lead. Assist with loading/unloading materials, organizing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness in the workspace. Operate forklifts or pallet jacks (training provided if needed). Contribute to a safe and productive team environment through consistent performance and communication. High school diploma or equivalent required. 1-2 years of experience in a warehouse, assembly, or general labor role preferred. Basic mechanical skills and comfort working with tools. Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods. Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a positive team attitude. Forklift certification a plus.
