Automotive Detailer
As an automotive detailer at Fresh and Clean Detailing, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the appearance and value of our clients' vehicles. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will ensure that each car leaves our shop in pristine condition. This position requires a blend of technical skills, creativity, and customer service. Key responsibilities include: Assist in shop and station readiness to operate, performing requested tasks related to cleaning and improvement of the shop and around the property. Exterior detailing: wash, wax, polish, and buff vehicle exteriors. Ensure the removal of contaminants and provide a high-gloss finish. Interior detailing: thoroughly clean and condition all interior surfaces, including seats, carpets, and dashboard components. Utilize steam cleaning and specialized products to achieve optimal results. Protective treatments: apply sealants, ceramic coatings, and other protective products to enhance and preserve vehicle surfaces. Maintenance and organization: keep detailing tools and equipment in excellent working condition. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency and safety. Customer interaction: communicate with clients to understand their specific needs and preferences. Provide recommendations for maintenance and care based on vehicle condition. Expectations: Attention to detail: consistently deliver high-quality work, ensuring every vehicle meets our standards. Physical ability: applicant must be physically able to lift 50 pounds unassisted, bend at the knees, crawl, kneel, stoop, squat, climb a ladder and perform other physically demanding duties. Time management: efficiently manage time to meet customer expectations and deadlines without compromising quality. Adaptability: be open to learning new techniques and using various tools and products to achieve the best results.
