Bilingual Customer Service Specialist (Spanish)

Join our team as a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist where you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our wholesale and retail customers. You'll engage with customers to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions related to Sherwin-Williams products. Your primary goal will be to ensure maximum client satisfaction while achieving store sales targets. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will: Deliver high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting suitable products and services. Build strong, trusting relationships with both wholesale and retail customers. Accurately process sales transactions in line with company policies. Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintain detailed work order files and formulas. Prepare products from the sales floor or warehouse according to customer specifications. Perform tinting and mixing of products as required. Organize and restock shelves, setting up appealing displays. Clean and maintain store equipment. Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks and making deliveries as needed. Keep assigned areas in stock and visually appealing. Stay informed about product offerings and available options. Follow inventory control procedures. Provide suggestions to enhance sales performance. This is a FULL-TIME position. Proficient in reading, writing, comprehending, and communicating in English and Spanish. Valid, unrestricted Driver's License. Able to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 70 lbs occasionally. Willing to work scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in delivery, retail, or customer service. Experience in selling paint and related products. Familiarity with tinting and mixing equipment.
