Drywall Estimator / Project Manager

to join their team. This company is known for delivering high-quality work across a wide variety of project types and sizes, with a focus on professionalism, safety, and long-term client relationships.

Position Overview: The Estimator / Project Manager will be responsible for both preconstruction estimating and day-to-day project management once jobs are awarded. This role requires strong technical knowledge of drywall systems and the ability to lead projects from concept through completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing using

OST

and

Quick Bid

Manage awarded projects including scheduling, budgeting, material procurement, and subcontractor coordination

Communicate with clients, architects, general contractors, and field personnel to ensure smooth project delivery

Maintain accurate and organized project documentation

Oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring quality and profitability

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in commercial drywall estimating and/or project management

Proficient with

OST (On-Screen Takeoff)

and

Quick Bid

software

Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and industry standards

Proven ability to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
