Industry Financial Services Type Privately Held, Private Equity-backed About the Role We are seeking a dynamic Senior Vice President, Business Development to spearhead our efforts in expanding access to private markets for financial intermediaries. In this pivotal role, you will lead and mentor a motivated team, enhancing our client engagement strategies to drive significant growth. This involves optimizing territory alignment, refining sales cycles, and fostering strategic partnerships. Your consultative approach will be essential as you cultivate and strengthen advisor relationships, enhance platform adoption, and introduce innovative fund managers and strategies. You will have the opportunity to engage directly with financial advisors and clients across the territory, ensuring a deep understanding of our diverse suite of private market offerings. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background with a minimum of 15 years of experience in sales within the alternative investments sector, demonstrating a successful track record in distributing various alternative investment products. It is crucial to have experience selling alternative products, active FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses (or the ability to obtain them within 60 days), and preferably a CAIA designation or a willingness to pursue it.
