Part-Time Sales Associate for Field Operations

Join our team as a Part-Time Sales Associate, where you'll be essential in driving sales growth and providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will engage with customers primarily in the Paint and Pro departments to generate leads and ensure their needs are met. As part of your responsibilities, you will: Deliver outstanding customer service to ensure maximum satisfaction. Stay current on product features and maintain high merchandising standards. Resolve customer concerns promptly and effectively. Manage in-store visual presentation and merchandising. Work from Lowe's Store #2375, located at 6 Highland Cmns E, Hudson, MA 01749, in a part-time capacity during weekdays. The schedule will vary based on business need. Key responsibilities include: Assisting customers in-person and over the phone to identify their needs. Building trust with customers and maintaining excellent product knowledge. Mixing and tinting products to meet customer specifications. Ensuring inventory control procedures are followed. Training Lowe's associates on product knowledge. Your success will contribute to meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. We encourage candidates with a passion for customer service and retail to apply. Minimum Requirements: Age: Must be at least 18 years old. Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work without sponsorship. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently, and up to 70 lbs. occasionally. Availability: Willingness to work all scheduled hours, including evenings and weekends. Preferred Qualifications: Education: High School diploma or GED preferred. Experience: Minimum of one year in retail or customer service. Product Knowledge: Experience with selling paint and related products is a plus. Driving: Must possess a valid, unrestricted driver's license.
