In this critical role, you will help us develop and execute a comprehensive people strategy that aligns with our core values and ambitious growth objectives. You will champion a culture rooted in clarity, feedback, transparency, and trust while leading initiatives focused on employee engagement, diversity, equity, and inclusion. The ideal candidate will possess at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in human resources, thriving in both small and large organizations. You should be skilled in building robust HR infrastructure, guiding effective change management, and integrating DEI principles throughout our operations. Key responsibilities include talent development, capability building, and the implementation of fair performance management frameworks that enable career growth. In addition, you will shape team structures, optimize workflows, and ensure clear role definitions to enhance collaboration and support our growth. Your expertise will ensure that HR systems are prepared for scalability as we expand. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic partner, mentor, and builder with strong coaching and leadership development capabilities. You will be recognized as a change management leader and exemplary business partner, equipped with a profound understanding of HR systems and a strong commitment to data-informed decision-making. A Bachelor's degree is required, with an advanced degree or relevant certification preferred. Travel will be minimal, at less than 10%.
