$22.14 - $28.78 / hour. Compensation is based on relevant experience. Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Medication Access Coordinator to facilitate patient access to medications. This role involves completing Prior Authorization Requests (PAR), managing Co-pay Assistance Programs, and overseeing Medication Assistance Programs. You will be responsible for conducting benefits investigations, processing refill renewal requests, assisting patients in health insurance enrollment, and managing PAR and prescription renewal dates. Minimum Requirements: High School diploma or GED. PHATP (Pharmacy Technician Provisional) certification from State Board of Pharmacy. PHAT (Pharmacy Technician) certification from State Board of Pharmacy within 18 months of hire. Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT). Minimum of 2 years of Pharmacy Technician experience or 1 year of experience in prior authorizations or refill renewals.
