The Nobu Sushi Prep Cook 4 is responsible for preparing sushi, sashimi, sushi rolls, recipes and other food items in accordance with the Executive Sushi Chef and Executive Chef requirements and the Four Seasons standards of excellence. The Nobu Sushi Chef is responsible for preparing recipes and hot & cold food items in accordance to standard operating procedures. We are looking for individuals who have a solid knowledge of food, have creativity and flair and are able to evidence good business acumen and a strong work ethic. Applicants are required to have one-two years of operational kitchen experience with a diversity of culinary experience and a proven track record in fine dining. Strong knowledge of Japanese seafood, fish, product, and terminology is highly preferred. A culinary degree is highly preferred, however not essential with relevant work experience.
