Join our Quality Division as a Quality Assurance Inspector and play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards. What You'll Do As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will be responsible for planning and conducting activities to ensure the quality of our industrial processes, materials, and products. Your main duties will include: Performing daily cycle counts and reconciling any discrepancies. Developing and maintaining standards for warehouse inventory inspection and auditing. Reviewing all purchased products to verify accuracy. Documenting data from quality activities according to company policies. Identifying problems and developing new approaches to solve them. Communicating significant issues and recommending process improvements to management. Preparing reports on outbound errors and root cause analysis. Training team members and management on quality processes. What We're Looking For We're seeking a dependable and adaptable individual with a good focus on quality and a collaborative mindset. Dependability and Productivity: You manage your time well and are reliable in your work. Communication: You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and are comfortable giving presentations and sharing information. Attention to Detail: You are attentive to accuracy, constantly monitor quality levels, and take ownership of quality problems. Computer Skills: You are proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and have knowledge of Prophet 21 inventory software. Technical Skills: You understand specialty equipment and can serve as a technical resource for others. Problem-Solving: You can define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Education/Experience: An associate degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school, or six months to one year of related experience and/or training. Maintains, develops, and initiates standards and methods for inspection, auditing, and evaluation of warehouse inventory. A review of all purchased products and verifies the order is accurate. Documents obtained data during all quality activities consistent with company policies and procedures. Develop new approaches to solve problems identified during quality activities. Communicates significant issues or developments identified during quality activities and provides recommended process improvements to management. Prepares reports to communicate results, outbound errors, root cause analysis to improve processes. Prepares, presents, and trains team members and management on quality process.
