CVS Healthspire Life Science Solutions (LSS) is on the lookout for a driven Sales Executive to enhance client engagement and foster growth through our Real-World Evidence (RWE) generation, Safety & Surveillance (pharmacovigilance), and Clinical Trial Recruitment services. This role, reporting to the Head of Business Development & Partnerships, is pivotal in discovering revenue opportunities, nurturing strategic relationships, and offering customized solutions to life sciences clients. We seek a motivated strategist with a proven track record in selling healthcare data, evidence generation, or clinical trial services. The ideal candidate will adeptly align complex client needs with CVS Health's unique resources, thereby facilitating real-world insights and accelerating evidence generation that improves patient outcomes. As a seasoned business development professional, you will work closely with LSS and cross-functional teams, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor to prospective clients and ensuring sustainable growth and adoption of CVS Healthspire's innovative solutions. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Client Development:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in RWE and HEOR for Life Sciences organizations, driving consistent quarterly growth across our solutions. Relationship Building:

Forge strong, productive connections with key stakeholders at large accounts to maximize new business potential. Consultative Approach:

Engage in insightful discussions to comprehend RWE/HEOR, medical, R&D, and commercial objectives, presenting LSS offerings as valuable solutions. Sales Management:

Oversee the complete sales cycle from outreach to contract negotiation and SOW execution. Strategic Planning:

Lead business development via account planning, client expansion, and cross-selling initiatives for optimal growth and profitability. Market Insights & Solution Expertise: Stay informed about market dynamics and adjust strategies accordingly. Share valuable industry and competitive insights to support new product development. Educate stakeholders about LSS capabilities to identify new opportunities. Advocate for CVS Healthspire's RWE, Safety, and Clinical Trial Recruitment solutions. Maintain a strong grasp of RWE/RWD to convert complex services into actionable insights for clients. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with diverse internal and external teams to ensure a smooth pre-sale process and delivery of high-quality client experiences. Coordinate with sales operations for alignment on best practices and go-to-market strategies across Life Sciences. Partner with marketing on conferences and events to enhance brand visibility and generate new leads. Required Qualifications: 8+ years of experience in Life Sciences Sales with a focus on RWE and HEOR research. Understanding of Life Sciences purchasing processes and key stakeholders involved. Knowledge of the competitive landscape of RWE/RWD service providers. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with clinical trial operations and emerging industry regulations. Experience with patient recruitment strategies. Education: Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business, healthcare, or related fields is required; Master’s degree preferred. This role requires flexible travel (approximately 30-50%) to engage clients, attend industry conferences, client events, and thought-leadership initiatives.
