Tooling Production Support Technician

Responsibilities
Monitor and replenish supplies for all equipment, including ink, rags, and various additives.
Assess workload on equipment to ensure adequate resources for the morning shift.
Receive and verify all tooling on a daily basis.
Assist in the evaluation and repair of any damaged tooling whenever possible.
Help process all ink requests efficiently.
Produce ink proofs as required by production needs.
Maintain precise inventories of production supplies and place orders when necessary.
Check for and manage return inks.
Deliver inks to appropriate locations as needed.
Perform daily organization and cleanliness tasks in the die room.
Wash out five-gallon buckets as required.
Prepare tooling for transfer to other facilities.
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required.
Ability to multi-task effectively while working in a fast-paced production environment, ensuring high quality and quantity.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Mathematical acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
Willingness to work flexible hours and overtime as needed.
