We are in search of a dynamic Senior Vice President, Business Development & Client Executive, specializing in healthcare. This pivotal position is aimed at propelling company growth by securing new clientele and enhancing relationships within current accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare landscape, including intricate regulations, along with a demonstrated success in B2B sales, especially involving large-scale projects.
Key responsibilities will encompass:
Utilizing your extensive industry connections to identify opportunities
Networking at key conferences and utilizing social media strategically to uncover new potential clients
Developing strategic pursuit plans that align with market trends
Engaging collaboratively with various service lines to effectively communicate value to clients
The right candidate will have a well-established network, stay attuned to current industry developments, and be proficient in consultative selling. You should be skilled in navigating client challenges, enhancing client relations, and recognizing critical buying points. Required qualifications include:
Proven experience in new business development sales
Strong relevant professional network
Knowledge of healthcare regulations
