About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Consultant collaborates with the Mosaic Center's Integrated Coaches to support unemployed and underemployed community job seekers. They manage the full recruitment process-posting jobs, reviewing applicants, coordinating interviews, selecting candidates, and preparing hires-to ensure successful placement and onboarding. The role involves partnering with customers to provide recruitment support and aligning candidate skills with job openings for effective hiring strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field required or equivalent years of experience. Requires knowledge in passive sourcing concepts. Requires knowledge and understanding of HR related regulations and laws (e.g. FLSA; COBRA; ADA; FMLA; etc.). Requires proficiency in MS office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and using an applicant tracking system. Requires 0-3 years of relevant experience; previous recruiting experience preferred, healthcare setting a plus. Requires talent acquisition experience within a matrixed organization.
