About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic Corporate Controller Executive to drive our financial transformation and contribute to our growth strategy. As a vital partner to the CFO, you will prepare the company for its next phase of expansion, including potential strategic partnerships and public offerings. This dual-faceted role requires both strategic vision and hands-on involvement in creating scalable processes, strengthening internal controls, and improving financial decision-making organization-wide.
Your leadership will encompass overseeing all accounting operations, ensuring timely and precise financial reporting, and developing a high-functioning accounting team ready for public-company standards. Ideal candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, possess CPA certification, and bring at least 10 years of progressive accounting experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a leadership capacity.
Key qualifications include expertise in GAAP, internal control frameworks, and navigating complex technical accounting. Successful candidates will have a proven record in modernizing accounting functions, spearheading process improvements, and managing audits. Strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit are essential. Experience with financial systems, particularly Salesforce, Certinia, and ERP implementations, is a plus.
