Material Handler

What You'll Do:
Ensure accurate inventory processing and receiving of materials
Supply production with the right materials at the right time
Load/unload materials using pallets, trays, or shelves
Maintain a clean, organized warehouse space
Process inventory transactions and issue materials to manufacturing orders
Conduct cycle counts and physical inventory checks
Support the finishing and shipping departments as needed
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Uphold safety standards and contribute to continuous improvement
✅ What You Bring:
High school diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in material handling or warehouse operations
Forklift certification and experience
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Basic math, English, and computer skills
Positive attitude and strong communication skills
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly
Capable of lifting up to 70-100 lbs (with crane assistance)
Comfortable working in varying temperatures and noisy environments
Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to bend, twist, and squat
